Realizing one is awake in a dream translates into real life in an enlightening way. It is a long held belief in many cultures and religions that mankind is actually sleepwalking through life, much the way we sleepwalk through our dreams, not realizing that we are awake and alive in the moment. If one experiences the feeling of being awake and alive in a dream, it would be likely that he or she would experience that in physical life as well. Stephen LaBerge & Howard Rheingold continue by saying in their book Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming (1990), “By cultivating awareness in your dreams and learning to use them, you can add more consciousness, more life, to your [waking] life. By waking to dreams, you can waken to life.â€

I think it's about time that I let a bit out about myself already, It's not surprizing to me one bit that I've taken this long. I get around to most things I intend ..ing once it's started. I tell my husband that the silent teatment on some issues take three days for me to process and respond to. It's the same when I write something, I tend to re-write a peice four or five times before it's emphasized the way I want it to be. then it may be never that I share it, usually I get around to it though. I find that the only way that you can get the true feeling from poetry is to read it outloud. If it is not written by you; then, it is in that persons interpretation of the true meaning. Deep enough? I'm over-analitical as most women tend to be. well, my heart rate just went up, wears ya out to think that hard. I love dreams and meditation. When I was a kid, I remember trying to move things with my mind. I'ld stare at something for so long I saw the ora glowing of of a houseplant one day when I was 12. I am a star gazer. Believe in dimensions and ufo's. Always been facinated with genetics; religion vs. spirtuality. I'm a good sport and love to see a good game and usually go for the underdog. I was a competitor growing up. I like to climb trees and read. I love contructing a giant campfire. once camping, a butterfly landed on me and stayed hanging on practically the whole way through my hike. One time when I was pulling weeds I could feel the energy that was in side and was overcome with sorrow at pulling them from the ground, that was pretty crazy. I love to cook, I'm just a bit of a scatterbrain. I have an addictive personality. I love the ocean, I found myself on the beach once in total peace with life, for a brief moment I could have ended there. Here I am, still on the journey. Ive live all over the world been to N.Y. ATL. CAli, London, Germany, France, Japan, countless roadtrips. Military brat. Which translates into life experiences over stable education. At 13 I went to Berlin on a volleyball trip and a prostitute came into the bathroom to inject drugs into a seemingly open wound. I can just imagion the validity that gave me on the nature of people. Yet that didn't stop me from leaning the hard lessons in life, you would think! I have seen more social groups than I care to and one of the neatest things that has ever happened to me was giving birth without the pain killer they stick in your back. You can do it ladies, it's not that bad. 3 years later that baby woke up on Mothers Day and said" Mommy, your my bestfriend. Oh, that was cool.And her little sister says I love you to everyone everyday. All I ever wanted to do well, was be good a Mom.I went for the biggest jerks and I hope my girls don't have to deal with many or any of those. I love to cook and grow flowers,the avacado so far is my favorite, the leaves are beautiful on an avacado plant. And nothing beats live music and feeeeling the whole vibe of it, when it's outside is the best. I dance much better than I sing but that doesn't stop me. And I'm a firm believer in that the spirit world and dreamstate can communicate. I have done it. Be careful what you ask for. The answers can blow your mind. I've written journals for more than have my lifetime and I think the Dream Journal is a cool one. I see the beauty in nature everyday, I love coffee,and beer,and great food, I've been lucky to train with top cooks and now I can build beautiful cakes. If I come back as something, I want to be a fish. Someday, I intend to have a full backpiece of the ocean creatures on my back and I'm going to match the paint job on the tank of my Harley to a octopus that I want done. Big DREAMS. Dream BIG.I'm out.
