About Me

My name is Ed, i'm 26 and I live in London. I work in Shoreditch for a small advertising agency I help set up about 2 years ago. Before that I was scratching a living making websites, after deciding i wanted nothing to do with digital electronics, which I did a degree in. I went to uni at Oxford Brookes, and before that lived and went to school in Kent. Before that I lived in essex, and before that the USA. Before that....nothing.
In 2007 I am planning a trip with a friend of mine. We aim to ride round the UK on motorbikes, to raise money for MacMillan Nurses. We aim to cover around 4000 miles in 2 weeks, taking in as much of the UK as possable, and raising awareness for MacMillan.
It should be an amazing adventure. I'm new to riding, and my friend Dom doesn't even have a bike licence yet, let alone a bike. We need to raise money, plan the trip, buy everything we need, learn how to camp, how to ride and raise sponsorship for MacMillan. I'll be posting the web link soon, where you can see us at the NEC bike show. Come join us, it's gonna be one hell of a ride!

My Interests

Movies, music, drink and my motorbike! I also like kung fu, and study at a traditional school here in london. I have also recently taken up running (again) after watching a friend of mine run the london marathon (is 7.5 hrs running?).I also love snow boarding, but haven't been able to go recently, only in Milton kenynes, and that really doesn't count. I also own a motorbike (suziki sv650, see my photo), which is my favorite hobbie of now. I guess it replaces the speed of the slopes which I miss.I also like my 360. I'm not a total geek, but it's a definate throwback to my childhood. We also deal with computer games at work, so really it's for my career!

Music:

Right now the Breakfastaz. Saw Stanton Warriors play at Industry in Shoreditch 2 weeks ago (DontStayIn anyone???) and that was jumping.Breakbeat, Drum and Base, anything jump up, even some happy hardcore when the mood takes me, but thats just reliving my youth.
