Michael Naim, often refered to by friends and family as Nemo, has been mastering his skills behind the decks since the age of 14. He began by simply cutting and scratching his way through childrens and oldies records. At the age of 16 he started mixing trance and became part of Collaborations Productions headed by Geoff Strazisar AKA Skinny White Boy. After playing a few years of trance his taste matured and he focused his efforts on breaks. He began playing funky Florida breaks which gradually evolved into dirty raga infused and UK breaks. His performances are an energy filled travel through the many subgenres of breaks often starting with very funky or housey breaks and progressing into hard UK breaks. He has performed in many venues across Ohio with some of the countries top talent. He has also produced many shows with the help of his partners at Collaborations Productions including shows in both Cleveland and Dayton featuring Nathan Profit, The Verdugo Brothers, and many other bands and DJs. DJ Sprocket continualy strives to improve his skills and is working toward making a name for himself in the midwest. DJ Sprocket is currently accepting gigs in and around Ohio. Keep an eye out for a new demo comming soon!
