Ian George, the frontman of the (now split up) rock/pop band 12 Days has just embarked on a solo career, with debut single Number One Creation, featuring musicians from the amazing band Remember, due out in October 2008.12 Days as a project took Ian around the World with fellow band mates Matt Fairman, Chris Jarrold, Nic Slack, Terry Blyth and Max Faulkner. Their infectious blend of melodic vocals, powerful guitar hooks and soaring synth lines, combined with an energetic visual show, left audiences gasping for more.Day In, the first album, was released in late 2004 and led to a US publishing and record deal and writing tracks for 3 feature films and the TV Series Long Way Round, featuring Ewan McGregor.Their second album, The Kyro EP, was recorded with Greg Haver (Manic Street Preachers, Super Furry Animals, Lost Prophets and INME) and released in late 2005, being rated as a top Napster recommends album, reaching the Top 80 in the UK.Further singles were recorded in 2006 and 2007 with producer Peter Van Hooke, which included a session at the World famous Abbey Road Studio 2 and also with producer Teo Miller (credits include Placebo, Blur), before the band split up in mid 2007.Ian was working with various projects in late 2007 / early 2008 and selling his soul singing on various TV Adverts, when along came the band Remember, who were looking for a collaborator, so the project was born.Debut single Number One Creation is being released digitally Worldwide in October 2008 and two follow up singles are being recorded as we speak........Enjoy the tracks, enjoy the video, enjoy life!
