RIP 2004 - May 6, 2006
Transitwayturkey was sadly killed on Energy Park Drive under the highway 280 overpass. You were a good friend and we'll all miss you. Your wild mystique will live on forever in our hearts and minds. Have fun eating gravel to your hearts delight in turkey heaven.
The story: "I grew up a poor black boy in Alabama... my mama sent me off to see the world with nothing but the clothes on my back and $0.25. I hitched a ride with a transexual to Memphis, where I lived with a Baptist minister's family for a few months. After I knocked up his daughter, I hit the lonely road again... I met a crazy old lady at roadside Denny's who gave me some crusty starlight mints from the bottom of her bag. after I ate those, I realized she was a witch who turned me into a turkey. my life completely transformed, and I decided to embrace the wiccan culture that cursed me so. hitched another ride, dumped me somewhere between minneapolis and st. paul... still can't get off this damn transitway, mama. I miss you."
