SIMON LE BON
Nice Cool People, Any Duran lovers!
Simon Le Bon or any Duran member for that matter... I have also loved Paul McCartney for most of my life and it would be a dream come true to meet him! Brad Pitt ain't too shabby either! The sizzling hot new guy is Josh Holloway.....woot!
DURAN DURAN (the greatest band ever!), Paul McCartney, INXS, Power Station, Arcadia, The Beatles, Sheryl Crow, Nickelback, Sound Justice (hey Bry!), Erasure, Depeche Mode, Rod Stewart, B-52's, Billy Joel, Guns n Roses, Squeeze, Stray Cats, Howard Jones, Wham!, Bryan Adams. I guess being an 80's child makes me sort of bias to that decade of music but I think music from the 50's was also pretty cool-all that sock hop stuff-I also LOVE The Beatles (have ever since I was about 6 years old). I'm pretty diverse.

Have decided to read as many "Classics" as I can. Just finished reading 'My Cousin Rachel' by Daphne Du Maurier-pretty good. Couldn't get into 'Wuthering Heights' by Emily Bronte so I decided to take Mr. Le Bon's advice and read 'Kafka on the Shore-very interesting indeed- a little disturbing but enjoyable. Now I've just read 'Pride and Prejudice' by Jane Austen-good story although somewhat of a difficult read. The Long Ships by Frans G. Bengtsson was recommended by a friend - an interesting tale about Vikings -I actually liked it.
