Robert Jordan, Laurell K. Hamilton, J.R.R. Tolkien, Terry Brooks, Bruce Sterling, Neil Gaiman, Neil Stephenson, H.P. Lovecraft, Iain Banks, Piers Anthony, Terry Pratchett, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ken Macleod, China Mieville, Kim Stanley Robinson, Charles Stross, William Gibson, Poe, Dante, Orwell and Steinbeck are among my favorite Sci-Fi/Fiction writers, however, put almost anything Non-Fiction in front of me and I'm sure to enjoy it --- Especially Jared Diamond, Michio Kaku, Brain Green, Carl Sagan, Stephen Hawking or anything dealing with space science.
