Band Members: Enlightenment has been defined differently by different traditions. One common denominator accepted unanimously is that Enlightenment is about gaining super-consciousness and wisdom.Attaining Enlightenment is a matter of losing one's ego and "mind". You are “somebody” now. You have to become “nobody”.. When you become “nobody” you are “everybody”. This is the advantage of losing the ego which limits you. "Losing the mind" involves mastering and transcending thought consciousness.Generally speaking, human psychology consists of Ego (the “I” consciousness), Maya (the sensory perceptions) and Karma (the destiny which follows you through many births). Each of these three concepts needs to be examined at length to understand the human psychology.
