No new element are a three piece band consisting of Neil Jones, David Stewert.. and Joel Arbuthnot who formed in 2000 in east Belfast, and have remained untouched 6 years on.
With Davids ability to adapt to just about any style, Joels strong headed attitude and Neils laid back outlook, the band have remained close for many years and then chemistry between band mates is undeniable.
In april 2006 they recorded a debut ep, which can be heard on the myspace, and the band are hoping to be recording in the near future, so watch this space.
