I am a spherical pattie of dried chickpeas, fried to perfection, touched with a dash of tahini sauce and hummus, and wrapped snug with some fresh lettuce and tomato in a tender whole wheat pita, the result being a delicious all-vegan snack that anyone can enjoy!
