PURGATORIUM

Inspired by the lack of good metal, especially in the Bloomington to Mitchell region, we grabbed up our axes and started the journey to destroy the world. With subject matter ranging from murder, to chrisianity, to the apocolypse, we appeal to every lost, found or dead soul. It all started in the wastelands of Mitchell Indiana with three young lads in a garage. Evan Barlow, once the drummer for Sin Slave, met up with Jay Hayse and Jared Spoonmore in late 2005. Shortly after they realized the chemistry and compatibility in the three piece, they found vocalist Michael Neff. Then after trying a few bass players Taylor French joined the band as the official god of thunder. The word spread quickly over Indiana and many miserable bastards have become family with Purgatorium. The journey is still just beggining and the end is still far away.
