I am very anti NewsCorp. When MySpace came out I was like, oh great another "friend network". Isn't Friendster enough? Like Pepsi is to Coke, apparently Friendster really just wasn't enough for the consumer.
I guess I had no issue with Myspace other than it being a total ripoff of Friendster but after Satan himself, Rupert Murdoch, paid $580 million (USD) for this shitty GUI database and began whoring it out everywhere, literally, I thought most of it's users would wise up, take their personal info off this site and delete their accounts...
And the fucked up thing here is ... you did not.
Most of you probably have no idea who NewsCorp or Murdoch are and that is trite. You probably think the war in Iraq was due to WOMD and Africa is a country... And this is where I see similarities to most Americans or just most 1st world countrymen…

Lack of knowledge is bad. It's bad that you don't care about offering your information up on this particular "friend network." Your personal identity now belongs to a bad corporation. Bad corporations exploit the change purse of globalization. Bad corporations are a large part of the destruction of the middle class. This particular bad corporation is in favor of the neo-conservative's New Century America movement. *Oh and by the by, NCA ought to make your skin crawl. Supporting MySpace supports NewsCorp which is similar to buying a hummer, painting the American flag all over it and not carpooling in rush hour traffic ( ;p ) , or even... voting to go to war but not knowing why.
Just keep in mind when you put a little picture up or type out your opinion along with your demographic info that MySpace, Rupert Murdoch, NewsCorp, FOX News, and the Imperialists don't give a shit about you. They now own your age and identity but no matter if you support them or not, you're just another dollar in their bank. They love your demographic info but ultimately, they just don't care about you.
