In the late 70's, crime in the city of Louisville was at an all time high. Drug use had more than doubled from more than a few years before, and robbery numbers were extremely high. Most of this was caused by the rapid growth of poverty, and new babies being born at a substancially fast pace. I was one of those bastards.
