I was born in Toledo, Ohio and moved to GA in 1997 with my husband and two children. I own the business Stress Dynamics, LLC we do business on the web as www.StressDynamics.com . I began my business because of my background as a nurse. I began helping people understand the harmful effects of having too much stress in their lives and how important it is to relax. I conducted seminars and soon had people all over the nation asking me to do seminars and sell products that I demonstrated such as our nature's soothing sounds machine to help them sleep and different essential oils for aromatherapy. It has been a very rewarding business for me. I really do love to hear from customers about how much my products have helped them.
