Perpetuum was born in late 2003, under the name of Nocturnal Blasphemy, pretending to create raw & dark black metal. As the time passes, the most assorted musical influences were manifesting, plus the contribution of all
the members made the compositions evolve, and, therefore, to change their style.
As Perpetuum, the band began to write songs notoriously more progressive,
with influences of black metal, but incorporating some stuff from other styles, like doom, death, and more.
During 2004, 2005, & 2006, the group played live a lot of times, getting a great success from the crowd and the other musicians. At the end of 2006, they
began de pre-production of the Demo, which culminate in July 2007, finishing
the recording of the tracks. Now the band is working in the mixing and post production of the record.

Perpetuum nace a fines del año 2003, con el nombre de Nocturnal Blasphemy, con la intención de crear black metal crudo y oscuro. Con el paso del tiempo,
se van manifestando las más variadas influencias musicales, y gracias al aporte de los integrantes, las composiciones comienzan a evolucionar y junto con esto a cambiar un poco el estilo.
Ya como Perpetuum, el grupo comienza a hacer canciones de corte mucho más progresivo, con notorias influencias del black metal, pero incorporando muchos elementos del doom, death, y otros estilos.
Durante los años 2004, 2005 y 2006, el grupo realiza varias presentaciones, con una muy buena recepción por parte del público. Ya a fines del 2006 se comienza la pre-producción del material discográfico, proceso que culmina a fines de julio del 2007, cuando se terminan las grabaciones y se comienza a trabajar con lo que es mezcla y post producción del mismo.
