Growing up in Portsmouth, Virginia was not an easy task. It was to much to get invovled in. Surround by all the projects, from Ida Barbour to Jeffrey Wilson, he manage to escape all the violence. T. Steves had dreams of becoming an football star. He played football from PRHA (Portsmouth, Redevelopment, Housing and Authority) to varsity in high school. His dream of becoming a football star left when he was kicked out school. He began producing and writing oringinal music in 1999, it's here were he found his second love. While working closely with two of Portsmouth hottest producers (Dj Boo and X-clusive), he started to take music more seriously. He formed the power house label "Thru Da Roof Entertainment" in early 2002. He has produced for an host of local talent in the area, becoming the go to guy. He's currently writing, producing, engineering and arranging music. Look out for T. Steves he's very talented.
