Will's Mom

I am a doctoral candidate at Marquette University -- finishing remotely after moving to California. (My husband, Aric, got a job here, so we moved in 2005.) I will be defending my dissertation on April 16, 2008!Aric and I have been married for seven years this May 19th. We're best friends, and he always can find a way to make me smile. We have a two-year-old son named Will, who continues to surprise and delight us every day.In my spare time (what spare time?), I love to write, and I'm always trying to challenge myself creatively. I mostly write fiction, and occasionally I write very, very bad poetry. I've also been known to attempt script writing, but my first writing love is fiction.
