playing inventor in the kitchen, running, wrestling with my dog-but not when we're out for run, painting, drawing, knitting, gardening, arts and crafts, bikes, traveling, speaking spanish, tree houses, skiing, moutains, forests and farms, watching leaves whirl in circles (hey, I live in Chicago), walking the line on how much I spend in basement cd stores, yoga, concerts, listening to strange conversations on the bus, conservatories, and art museums
Barack Obama, my sister's EX-boyfriend, and the woman who really does do it all.
Anything that is good, but lately...Califone, Broken Social Scene, Black Keys, Frank Black, Beck, The Be Good Tanyas, M. Ward, Flamming Lips, Pavement and Stephen Malkamus, My Morning Jacket, Red House Painters, White Stripes, Johnny Cash, Wolf Parade, TV on the Radio, most new bands from Canada, Django Reinhart, New Orleans funk and jazz, Bach Cello Concertos, and many more-ahh music is so good
Harold and Maude, Being There, anything with ladies in a hoop skirt or corset, all Audrey Hepburn, Hitchock, Coen brothers, Almodavar, and Wes Anderson flicks. I like dark humor about dysfunctional people, but I also love to laugh, laugh, laugh. Seroius movies are good if they make me think and/or they are beutiful to watch. Nothing too depressing, there is enough of that out there without big screens.
Entourage, Bravo shows, the Daily Show, Arrested Development, and Jeopardy!
