Andreas Meyer had been with the now DEAD Sony Music Studios for over twelve years.
Coming straight from Conservatory with a Masters in Composition, he specializes in merging technology with music into a seamless aesthetic. His career at Sony spanned from recording, mixing and mastering First Tier Classical and Jazz musicians, to restoration of some of the most Historical recordings in the industry.
Some of the awards gained include six Grammy nominations and two wins, in Best Historical Reissue category and Best Soloist with Orchestra. Andreas now takes control of his own desteny by breaking from corporate and opening his own mastering studio! His current work spans from the Legacy / RCA catalog of Jazz and Classic Rock reissue to new releases by such alternative labels as Trustkill, Warcon, Dreammakers and other indie's shown the world how to rock! Just drop me a line or check out the bands I recently worked with. If you have a specific project request from on location recording, in a club or live classical gig, to getting that rockin' master you always dreamed about, just drop me a line. Cool!
