This young lady of promise was always a passionate participant in the arts since she can remember. Even while concentrating on her studies in school, Tia made time to star in an entire catalogue of short and feature length scripts, from comedies to dramas, movies to stage plays, and everything in between. While extremely talented in this right, Tia is not content with just entertaining, she is also the CEO of her own entertainment company, TDR Entertainment, and has produced several television pilots, all ready to burst out of the pipeline.From elementary to high school this vibrant young lady indulged in singing, dance, acting, modeling and all sorts of academic activities. At the age of 8 she led her very first solo in the church choir and wowed the church congregation with her angelic alto voice. She later graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts. While attending CAU she had the opportunity to intern for Laffapalooza Comedy Festival where she was bitten by the production bug. After graduation this young lady threw caution to the wind, packed up her car and moved cross-country to Los Angeles, to pursue her dream of becoming a actress and producer. She wasted no time upon arriving and began studying with the masters to further her craft. This includes a successful stint at the BEVERLY HILLS PLAYHOUSE—the same playhouse LIZ TAYLOR and AL PACINO studied at in their youth. Here they referred to Tia as a powerhouse, dazzling them with her performances –She then studied under world-renowned acting coach BOBBIE CHANCE— who can claim BRAD PITT and DREW BARRYMORE as her former pupils.
