..Formed over 20 years ago FSHA soon got into the totally improvised zone. Inspired by groups as King Crimson, Captain Beefheart and many others in progressive rock as well as different jazzacts and minimalistic and even indian music FSHA became a forum for improvised, experimental free-formrock. A lot of different timesignatures and exploration of tempatic changes along with a heavy rock-foundation forms an explosiv but still somehow introvert feel to it.
The titles of the tunes often reflects larger events in the present, for example one tune from 1986 is called "In remembrance of Olof" and is played the day after the assassination of the Swedish premierminister Olof Palme. A later example is the attack on World Trade Center 2001 that was reflected in a number of improvisations (The center 1-4).
The drummer Kenneth Jonsson and guitarist Patrik Selsfors also plays in the fusiongroup "Iktus" and in a jazztrio called "Sir Ping Trio". Bassplayer Dag Swanö can be found as guitarist and singer in "Nightingale", a progressive rockband. He also appears as "Tom Nouga" in his longterm solo project.
