Kim is currently pursing a Master’s of Music degree in Saxophone performance at the University of Arizona, studying saxophone with Timothy McAllister. She graduated from Lawrence University in 2006 with a degree in saxophone performance. While at Lawrence she studied saxophone with Steven Jordheim. She is originally from Portland, Oregon. Kim hopes to have a performance career with a Washington D.C. Premiere military band.
