I love scrapbooking and photography! I like to play with my kids, read, go for walks, and basically just hang out with my family. Of course, all of these things have been put on the back burner for a while. I can still play with my kids, but I haven't read any books that weigh less than 2 lbs in a while!
Friends, other parents, people I haven't seen in a long time.
I have the most diverse music tastes you could think of! I can listen to hard stuff like Disturbed one minute, and then change to country, then maybe a little bit of the popular stuff and I even listen to some Christian music. I really only don't like easy listening stuff and rap. My favorite right now is actually a Christian Rock band called Thousand Foot Krutch! Although my 1 1/2 year old watches so much Wiggles, I think I know ALL the words to all those songs!
Ok - I'm a sucker for a movie with a happy ending. And I watch movies with my kids, so right now my favorite movies are - in no particular order: A Knight's Tale, Ever After, The Princess Bride, all the Harry Potter movies, (my oldest looks JUST like the Harry Potter actor) The Chronicles of Narnia, Ice Age 2, Finding Nemo, all the Lord of the Rings movies, and even the Star Wars series. I'm sure there's more, but I don't get to see too many movies that aren't suitable for kids under 12!! Now that I am working in a video store and earned my free rentals, I get to watch more than I used to. But it's hard to pay attention when your nose is in a textbook!
Survivor, American Idol, CSI (Vegas, not the others), House. You notice these are shows that are on after my youngest ones go to bed? That's the only time I have to sit down & watch TV!
I am addiceted to Janet Evanovich books!! I love the Stephanie Plum Series, but after I read all of those, I started reading her less popular books. I also just finished all the Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants books, and for light easy reading, I read silly romance novels.
