The 25-year old LES native and resident has been perfecting his craft as an emcee since he was 12 years old. “One day my brother told me he wished I knew how to rap,†he said with a laugh. Since then, he has been working at perfecting his craft and gaining influence from the music of legendary artists Kool G. Rap, Jay-Z, Nas and Eminem. With his sound, C-Note is hoping to be acknowledged as one of these greats and bring substance back to hip-hop. Right now, the MC is sharpening his skills working with Undisputed Entertainment, Gang Gold Records, Ez Logic, B.I.S. Productions, Alyte Entertainment. Wuts da name? C-Note!
