The 25-year old LES native and resident has been perfecting his craft as an emcee since he was 12 years old.
“One day my brother told me he wished I knew how to rap,†he said with a laugh.
Since then, he has been working at perfecting his craft and gaining influence from the music of legendary artists Kool G. Rap, Jay-Z, Nas and Eminem. With his sound, C-Note is hoping to be acknowledged as one of these greats and bring substance back to hip-hop.
Right now, the MC is sharpening his skills working with Undisputed Entertainment, Gang Gold Records, Ez Logic, B.I.S. Productions, Alyte Entertainment.

More importantly, he is striving to produce music that people can relate to, as he does with the track, “Crazy Lady†where he describes a groupie/stalker who doesn’t get that he is just not that into her. Next up, hear his views on the “no snitching†debate on the track, “I Ain’t Calling the Police.â€
“I had a fight at the bar and the guy pulled out a weapon on me and I knocked him out,†he said. “He called the cops on me, but he ended up getting arrested.â€
