I grew up in a small town in Central New York...went to College at Niagara Unversity. Have been dancing all my life...cheered in High School, Dance Team in College and Professional Dance Team with Buffalo Destroyers Arena Football Team. Have always LOVED Disney and the philosophy of hospitality and taking care of others...majored in Hotel Restaurant Administration and jumped right into the hotel business after college in 2000. Most recently have been living in Rochester NY since 2001 and have worked my way up to being a Director of Catering....what I enjoy most is coordinating weddings and organizing other major events at the hotel. Seeing the positive results of a successful meeting, wedding, conference or banquet is what keeps me going. I'm very close to my family that is still in Central NY and I make annual trips to Florida to visit my brother and sister and law and my other brother will also soon be re-locating to Florida. I have been with my boyfriend, Kevin, for over 6 years. We met in college at Niagara and have inseparable since! Some of my interests include...travel, cooking...I love cook books and trying new recipes, especially Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals, I love the summertime and being able to be outside...enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, I enjoy scrapbooks and putting together photo albums, exercising...I don't feel like me if I go several days without a workout, I enjoy going home to see my family, going out dancing (although I rarely go out anymore), spending time with Kevin, listening to music...it helps to relax me or get me going. Also love shopping, painting my nails, the colors pink and purple...elephants (have a small collection), Disney, Disney and more Disney, trying new restaurants, going new places.
