Born Lisa Velez, this vivacious New York native is the voice behind some of the 1980s most memorable songs. As the electrifying front woman for the band, Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, Lisa Lisa quickly became a world wide sensation and helped lay the foundation for some of todays biggest powerhouse divas such as, Gloria Estefan, Shakira, Selena, and Jennifer Lopez. With six top selling albums and more than 20 million records sold worldwide, this international superstar and leader of one of the biggest dance-pop/ R&B groups ever is ready to bless the stage with her high energy style performance that will have you engulfed in the music from Head to Toe.
To add to her many accolades, Lisa Lisa has appeared in countless television specials and shows, and starred on Broadway. Nickelodeons Taina, NBCs Law & Order and Westside Story on Broadway have all exemplified Lisas dynamic talents as both an actress and performer. Lisa Lisa performed live at The St. Agrippina Festival on Saturday August 4th on Hanover Street in Boston. The show was great and the fans were so amazing! After the show we did a meet and greet where fans were able to get autographs from Lisa Lisa as well as a sampler CD which has her classic tracks AND new music from the forthcoming album, LIFE N' LOVE! The only people to hear these new, exclusive tracks, are those fans with the CD!!!

Lisa Lisa performed LIVE at the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa on Saturday July 20, 2997!! Thanks to all those fans who came out! It was a GREAT NIGHT!!!
