Amazingly so, Christopher Porter musically known as C-PO can be described as a breath of fresh air. As the producer of the tracks, composer of the lyrics, and the brains behind the ingenious marketing schemes, this master of ceremonies may easily stand alone as one of the strongest triple threats the music industry will ever see. New Jersey bred of African American and Trinidadian decent, C-PO’s talents and desire to achieve musical innovations are boundless.
“Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, Dance and Soul combined together to create one unique and enriched sound has always been my musical goal” says C-PO. As his love for music intensified so did his passion for entrepreneurship. Through the development of his company, C-PO Productions, Mr. Porter acquired diversified skills that will soon give birth to his empire of entertainment.
His last two years were spent behind the scenes in producing, marketing, and promoting a rap group out of Newark NJ entitled Triple M. While sharing a C.E.O. position in Triple M Entertainment, C-PO was inspired to go beyond just beat making and evolved into a hit machine laying his own lyrics to his tracks. Putting himself through artist development, Chris kept the fact he also rapped concealed until the he felt it was his time to shine. The Secret’s Out.
