Pay a lot of money, but i prefer the stage... but seriously, i would love it if more of them were starring people i know. i feel a transitive sense of pride and accomplishment when i see my pals on tv and in movies. so come on, casting directors! i have completely talented buds! also, i totally watched jesus christ, vampire hunter recently, and you should too. name the movie this quote is from: "first you wanna kill me, then you wanna kiss me. BLOW."
twin peaks, spaced, the west wing (seasons 1-5, mostly), oz, rome, veronica mars (don't knock it till you've tried it!), battlestar galactica, green wing, buffy (everyone's a cynic until they watch the musical episode!), dexter, slings and arrows, and right now i'm watching old episodes of law and order: svu, and occasionally this american life.
the other day, my roommate's cat tried to chew on a book i had on my bed. i scared the crap out of that feline! i wanted him to understand that we *must* respect the sanctity of books. i just love them. i just finished lamb: the gospel according to biff, christ's childhood pal, by christopher moore. it was fab. now i am reading love in the time of cholera by gabriel garcia marquez. i doubt the taller kate and i will ever finish our guns, germs, and steel book club.
