JG the Buzz

There is bad grief and there is good grief - just ask Charlie Brown.

About Me

Greetings and salutations. I'm a 30-year-old displaced New Yorker on active duty in the Air Force assigned to the Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs office in Washington, D.C. Essentially, I'm a writer/photographer for the Air Force.

I love baseball and have been a New York Mets fan since I was a kid. I adore good food, good wine and the occasional Guinness. I enjoy politics and consider myself very much a liberal. I also study Taoism and Buddhism.

My Interests

Primarily my passions lie in arts and entertainment -- movies, music, books, poetry, comics, newspapers, photography, museums, video games, crossword puzzles, card and board games (especially Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble).

I believe that in many cases, WHAT a person likes is more important than what *they're* like, as passions and favorites speak volumes about personality and character.

I'd like to meet:

Friends I had in the past, friends I have in the present, friends I'll have in the future ...
