SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHON SWIMATHONHi Friends!This week, with the help of some friends, I will be hosting a swimathon to raise money for an exciting internship opportunity this fall.Convoy of Hope is a nonprofit humanitarian aid organization based in Springfield. They provide aid for others all over the world, and this fall we will be traveling to help Katrina victims, as well as others in the Philippines and Northern Asia.To do this I have to raise $4000 before September. By paying for the internship myself, more money goes to those we will be helping.There will be two or three swimmers in the water swimming their hearts out (including me!) Here is how you can get involved...Each 25 yards we swim you can donate a small amount. For example 10, 20 or 30 cents. When we are done swimming we will total up the yards and post the results.Donations can be made very easily online. Just visit www.convoyofhope.com/go/how/donations. Click on te Donate Now link. Once the process has been started, on the second page there will be a box to select my name, Elizabeth D'Agostino. My name must be selected for the donation to get to my fundraising account.Thank you soo much for you consideration and help!
