I was diagnosed as Robh Hokum in 2003, in the city of Bristol, UK. At first, I raged against this ginger-bearded monster, tweaking his nipples and pulling faces behind his back. After a while, I started to like the guy. Eventually, I became him. Started by writing a demo in one night, recording the songs and singing as I went. This was 'Together, Collapse Is A Realistic Option'...it is out there in the hallowed corridors of the WWW, rusting, collecting dust, home to vermin, an ornament from Steptoe's backroom.
Jump to 2006 and I recorded 'Below Ice I Lie'. I spent a little more time than one night on this, recording and writing since the summer. This was released earlier this year to little praise, certainly no critical acclaim, nor comment. It is my dream to go completely unnoticed into the night, along with my paintings of WI meetings.
I am now writing more music for another album which, if things go to plan, will evaporate/sublimate into complete obscurity.
Other things I do: Ylid and I play in Milktrain to Paydirt/Critical Beatdown/Band Names Are for BAD BAnds.
Thank you for reading...those are precious minutes you will never get back.

Comments so far:
"Amazing voice. The accompaniment does everything it needs to, but nothing more, in order to make sure Robh's voice can shine. The melodies and lyrics are as clever as each other. Buy the whole album."
