Raised in the golden era of hip hop helped shape one of Virginia's hotest djs. Marc started playing at the age of 14. In six months time he had his first club gig at the largest teen club in the city. With a regular attendance of 700 people and disobeying all curfew laws, Nite World was the place to be if you were under 18. He played there until he graduated from high school and left for Norfolk State University. While in Norfolk he took a gig playing dancehall at The Upper Deck in Portsmouth. After a year in Norfolk he decided to go back to Richmond. There he met up with high school friend Lonnie B and a couple of other rappers who hung around Univeristy Of Richmond's radio station. Mad Skillz (now known as just Skillz) Danja Mowf, Lonnie B and Lil Roc, (who all have Myspace pages. Visit them) came together to form The Supa Friendz. Mad Skillz was also working on his solo album "From Where??". He asked Marc to be his tour dj. Between tour dates for Skillz, Marc competed in DJ contest, spun in local clubs 6 nights a week and started making beats. In his long career he has done parties for NBA and NFL stars such as Allen Iverson, Jamie Sharper, Chris Webber and Juwan Howard. He was the first mix DJ on Richmond's 106.5 The Beat. His show the "5 o'clock Beat Down" was number 1 until his departure from The Beat. Still tearing up the club he is now focusing on music production. Check him out.
