This all acoustic record was recorded live at the White Room Studio in Detroit by Grammy award winning sound engineer, Jerry Boys of the Buena Vista Social Club. Internationally acclaimed musicians from West Africa, Armenia and Brazil perform on these original compositions with traditional instruments native to their home land. This modern-hybrid of old world sounds, crosses-cultures creating its own voice in World Music. Special featured guest percussionists of Youssou N'dours group - M'baye dieye Faye & Assane Thiam perform, as well as Detroit's jazz legend, Wendell Harrison and many more.
