I am a professional musician/educator/composer/recording engineer/producer.....I run a recording studio where I also teach....Also, I teach at www.thearches.co.uk, Glasgow with a music project called www.sound-base.co.uk....My main work these days is teaching music and a strong emphasis is placed on creativity and originality.

Influences: things I have really liked....led zepplin, pink floyd, joe satriani, eric clapton, sting, charlie parker, jamey aebersold, john coltrane, miles davis, cannonball adderley, sonny rollins, everything on ECM label, trilok gurtu, yellowjackets, joe zawinul, enya, jan garbarek, jimi hendrix, paganini, satie, van halen, yngwie malmsteen, gregorian chants, herbie hancock, brecker brothers, stanley turrentine, take 6, us 3, prince, florence foster jenkins-who became very famous for singing from the heart, even though she couldn't sing!....snow patrol....razorlight.....ok...just about everything!
Sounds Like: ..a little bit there...and a little bit here kinda stuff.....eclectic...sometimes extremely dodgy!...that's the risk you take...some people will like...some people will hate...mmmm...what's the point in trying to please everybody?...keep it real...

...D. Bonhoeffer.... Its only in hindsight do we begin to see how our journey's have been...and the implications of the decisions we have made. This is generally a good thing, for if we knew the futur...
