CREATE YOUR OWN! - or - GET PAID TO TAKE SURVEYS!
I'd like to meet:
People who do not change for anyone and always stay true to their character. Anyone that takes time and effort to make a difference in someone's life and can make people happy. A person that is not so darn self-centered and can actually seem (and are) concerned about how other people are feeling. Anyone that does not give off that 'im better than you' vibe and thinks they are all that....in other words, arrogant people. Local peeps would be ideal but making friends from elsewhere is cool as well.
You Have A Type B+ Personality
You're a pro at going with the flow
You love to kick back and take in everything life has to offer
A total joy to be around, people crave your stability.
While you're totally laid back, you can have bouts of hyperactivity.
Get into a project you love, and you won't stop until it's done
You're passionate - just selective about your passions
Do You Have a Type A Personality?-5 year high school reunion was a good time, and for those that came....just awesome to see everyone again in the same place, and I FINALLY took the time to make a mini slideshow of other pics taken from that night, so here goes......-Not to be overlooked, but in my view this is the best group pic that I had from reunion, w/Bergeron, Wally, Steph, John, myself & Becky....-People that have a real PASSION for their music, so it is so darn cool to have friends that are in bands. Those that are pretty well established and recognized such as my friends in Plunge and Yesterdays News, those that are up-and-coming such as Second Class Citizen, and those that are on the verge of something BIG like my good friends of Eighty1South and Tim Cyphers. As far as my friends that are in the music field, I have had a limited collection of pics w/people that are part of some GREAT local music, and now is my chance to show some of it right here....in this most recent slideshow I have created of some of that talent, including the lovely girls of eighty1south, my boy Timmy Cyphers, Chris Sellman!!..-As far as celebrities go, 2 come to mind....Sarah Michelle Gellar, no doubt about it. I saw her evolution on Buffy the Vampire Slayer throughout each season and kept being amazed at how incredible she is. When you have the combination of beauty, personality and the "it" factor, you cannot help but be the best. I am just glad that my 3 best friends have these qualities, since meeting Sarah Michelle Gellar is so unlikely, but its my choice. I love all the movies she has been in, I probably will wind up getting them all. Another person I would also wanna meet is Richard Dean Anderson - heres a guy that goes from doing one of the coolest shows of all time in MacGyver to doing another of the coolest Sci-Fi shows of all time in Stargate SG-1!! This is the MAN right here, he is hilarious!!
Music:
-Kinda lacking in the music department, its safe to say though that it is slowly progressing. I like music with a good beat though, it cannot be slow and boring....so most likely something fast-paced, but as mentioned before, I got no idea. When it comes to music, I am not the right guy to ask, lol! I consider artists like Disturbed (their newest album Ten Thousand Fists is AWESOME), Rob Zombie, Radiohead to be good. I try to expand on my limited music horizons....I do have some friends in bands and like their music....like Plunge, Yesterdays News, and Second Class Citizen!! Over the past few months however, I have getting more and more exposed to more of the local bands in Maryland, I know cool dude named Tim Cyphers and Greg Riordan, both play some darn good music. And who would have thunk, I am kinda getting into country music....eighty1south is AWESOME!! I have gotten the pleasure to see on a weekly basis a very talented young lady named Danielle Renee!!
Movies:
The Matrix (all of them), Independence Day, The End of Days, Collateral Damage, Resident Evil, Resident Evil: Apocalypse (I agree with Jack....awesome movie), Scary Movie, Conspiracy Theory, all Jet Li movies, Saving Private Ryan, We Were Soldiers, The Fugitive, Eraser, True Lies, The Truman Show, Rush Hour 1 and 2, Office Space, American Pie 1 and 2, all 3 Die Hard movies, Speed, The Net
Television:
I am SO sick of all the reality shows that keep on coming....and they have gotten more and more ridiculous, the latest one America's Got Talent, do not even start me up on how much of a joke that one is. It is REAL sad to see how desperate people are to try and get onto TV. If you wanna make headlines, helping someone out is FAR more rewarding than being on TV in my view. But back to the topic, my 2 favorites of all time are Seinfeld and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now those 2 shows were original and far beter than most of the crap that shows up nowadays. But for current shows, my favorites at the moment are Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Monk, and most recently, the show Tilt on ESPN is GREAT (high stakes poker, gotta love it)!! I am also a fan of Smallville, Charmed, and Angel. Most recently, the Sci-Fi series Battlestar Galatica has been quite interesting to watch!
Books:
Interestingly enough, the psychology textbooks over the years have been good reads. I have returned some but kept my fair-share of them, including Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Human Growth and Development, Adolescence. Yep I am indeed a psyc geek, lol!! And oh yea....any book that the damn bookstore will not give me any money for I wind up keeping. And if possible, I try to sell them to others and at least get something back for them, lol.
Heroes:
Anyone that puts the feelings of others above their own (Kathy)! People that stay true to their character by being themselves and not having to impress anyone. Anyone that can realize their TRUE POTENTIAL and try to better themselves in making a difference in someone's life. Here are some prime examples right here =)
