Yo what's da deal? It's ya boi Rob a.k.a Shadow reppin' The Partners in Rhyme. We just tryna do what we can to get our music up n runnin', tryna get heard big. Still doin' it for fun tho. I started off my rap career in December of 2004. Started off with the lil love songs, then a few of my boys got me into the game joinin' me into the former crew "Lost Soldiers". About 5-6 months later, due to some mishap, a few of my boys decided to break away from the group to form B.A.S.E. Things went well and even though no major projects were out, we were doin' our thing and producin' tracks. In the beginnin' of the school year of '05, I met up with my boys Guyy and Rob. As we got to know each we spit a lil this and that for each other, gave each other props and all that. Meanwhile in November, B.A.S.E. got their first performance at UCF. We were hyped up and ready to go. In front of an audience of about 400 + people, we did our thing considerin' the problems we had (such as a shortness of mics - lol). Anyways, after that we went back to doin' are lil tracks. In November/December, B.A.S.E. dropped their first cd. Guyy heard it and hit me up wantin' to hook up and do some tracks together. He came through and we recorded two joints, includin' the first off our Get Money Mixtape (V.I.) and a club joint. While my crew B.A.S.E. got "signed" to an Indie label - take no offense; Guyy, Rob, and I began talk about formin' a crew. In February, I informed B.A.S.E. that i was no longer gonna be part of 'em. Not takin' it to well, I went on and did what I had to do. My new crew and I came up with the name "R.G.R." (for Rob, Guyy, & Rob). Anyways, within 3 months we dropped our first mixtape album. We currently just on the grind with the tracks, lookin for studio time and just expandin'. I wanna send a shout out to my moms, Rizzi Pops a.k.a.
