Feelings of gratitude: A beautiful, healthy daughter and laid back husband, my art to keep me sane and yoga to help me remember what is real and important. I think Olive (my sweetie)permanently altered at least 3 chakras when she came through the birth canal. My heart exploded the second I saw her face and 6 pound 4 oz body. I have shared my body and soul and let go of a huge chunk of selfishness and for me, it's been liberating. She is my live in Zen master. I have experienced the joy of a family bed, nursing everywhere and anywhere to comfort a little soul,conversing on the subject and answering the question why for an hour straight. She teaches me to come back, and come back again.
