MyGen Profile Generator Early mornings, late nights and baking throughout the day are just some of the things it takes to get the best tasting bagels. In every Oi! Bagel shop we take raw dough and slowly ferment (or prove) it, then once the bagels have risen to 3 times their original size we steam and then bake them till theyâ€™re spot on. If they sit on the shelf for more than a few hours we sling them out. After all we donâ€™t get called the bees knees of bagels for nothing. My name is Heather aka Bagel (long story)

I have my geekisms such as Harry potter which is awesome although others don't agree it is probaly my only anorak in life.
