The Verdict Live @ Montys May 08'copyright A McleishI would say that i am a twenty five year old trapped in a 42 year old body.My philosophy on life is.... you are as old as you feel. I still enjoy life to the max so don't believe what people say about growing old....it aint true...you will know when you reach this milestone and reflect on life. Enjoy life and live each day as if it was the last and always be optomistic and true.Be positive. Be happy.Be anything you want to be ,there are no obstacles. I have been taking photographs for twenty something years and have just recently discovered Myspace as a serious outlet for my work , so at the moment i am in the process of posting a serious of photographs taken over this time frame.I love music also and would say these are two of the primary elements that make life worth embracing.Always follow your inner feeelings when it comes to music and art.In my own work i pursue a varied spectrum of styles adopting whatever style fits that moment of visual intervention.I have worked previously with film and slide and most rewarding, black and white.I am influenced by anything that is a "deserved" subject , allowing me to be as flexible as i want to be.The digital process is a far more convenient format allowing more flexibility . Please feel free to leave comments to any of my work as i am trying to get a "feel" for my creations. I also enjoy creating my own music on the computer and one of my biggest infuences is Dr LX pATTERSON of the Orb....music for the soul.At the moment i am playing live percussion for a DJ friend of mine to help fill out his live set.Please stay posted for details of another Myspace page that i will be setting up to host music that i have produced myself using a variety of sources, beatboxes and software loops.Enjoy life .......enjoy ARt.
