Even before I fought my way out of the womb to breathe into this lifetime, I knew that I loved you. My mother introduced us. When I first met you, it was on her melody. . . And I was taken. Over the years you became my closest confidant. I would race home from school, and even look forward to going to church because I knew that I would find you there. You never let me down. I leaned on you throughout my hardships. . . I told you first of all of those that I had loved. . . All of those that I had lost. You know my fantasies, my dreams and aspirations. . . You know my fears and insecurities. . . I dont have to wonder if you can please me. . . You know my rhythm, and you are always sure to give me just what I need. Over time, though it was you I loved first. . . You endured, withstood, and surpassed all others. You see. . . You were my One True Love.
