Remember when you were a kid and you wanted to be a firefighter? Or a doctor? Or you wanted to have a ranch with horses on it? What did you want to be when you grew up? Are you doing that? What did you want to do in college? What did you dream of? What did you dream of achieving? What kind of life did you want to live? Are you living it now? If not, are you pursuing your dream? If you're not, I would ask you, why not? What got in your way? What slowed you down? What makes you think that it's not possible to achieve those dreams any more? When was it we stopped dreaming about our future? When was it that we stopped believing that our childhood dreams could not achieved? Who was it that convinced that we weren't worthy or capable? Who made us believe that our dreams were "unrealistic"? What made us think that we could never have the time or ability to achieve them?
I may or may not know who you are, but there's one thing I do know. We have it within it us to reach our goals. We are capable. We are worthy. We just need to believe it again. How do you believe again? Start small..make a list. Things you want to do, places you want to go. Maybe your dream is just to spend more time with your family. Maybe your dream is have the money to pay the bills. And maybe, you want to make a difference in the world and fight for your cause. Think of those things. Get pictures of them. Imagine yourself there and doing them. Do this, and you can return to the day that made believe our dreams are possible. After that, just find a vehicle to get you there. Once we have the vehicle, all we need is to make the decisions in life to get us there & have the consistent & persistent work habit to achieve it. Don't forget those dreams. Don't give up. Instead, stand up. Stand up and fight for what you believe in and fight for your dreams...and you can reach them.
