My Interests

Myspace Layouts I have a variety of interest ranging from sports to traveling. I love to play cards, but don't like to gamble. I only play for fun. I spend a lot of time with family, there is nothing more important on this earth materialisticly than family. I go to a great church, if you are in the Bloomington area you should check it out, it is called Lifeway Baptist, and independent Baptist church. They are great, I can show up in jeans and a t-shirt, not having shaved for a couple of days and they act like I am in an armani suit.trait snapshot:secretive, organized, clean, rarely worries, solitary, high self control, dislikes large parties, prefers organized to unpredictable, prudent, observer, tough, self reliant, very good at saving money, introverted, perfectionist, mind over heart, not controlling of others, hard working, confident, resolute, solitary, does not make friends easily, finisher, does not like to stand out, very practical, intellectual, unsympathetic at times, honest, respects authority, follows the rules, cautious

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet anyone who is interesting. On the celebrity spectrum I am a big fan of Al Pacino, Christopher Walken, Rachel Ray (she can cook, and is gorgeous) quite a few others, and that guy who sings for Blues Traveler. I think it would be very cool to meet David (Biblical David), I mean, c'mon, this guy was a kid and went up against Goliath, who this whole army was afraid of? There are others, but they are not coming to mind.

Music:

I listen to all types of music. I am not real big on heavy rap or country, and prefer jazz, blues and a little classic rock and if the mood is right, maybe even some Journey, dude.

Movies:

Action, military based, mysteries, funny movies, movies with no purpose, (Napoleon rules!)

Books:

All kinds-I love to read.

Heroes:

My father of course, he was definitely a major role model in my life. He was a vietnam veteran, 100% service connected disabled. He was first and foremost a father. He was very involved in our lives, wanting to know everything we did. He was very demanding, but did not force us to do anything. I was very lucky to have him as my father, and my mother to this day is a role model to me. She has had cancer 3 times and keeps going. After the loss of my father she has perservered to raise my little brother, and to help with my children as well. She always has a word of encouragement, but also will let you know when she disagrees with something, as all moms will!

Greatness doesn't last, in the end, it's all about food
