Kim discovered her love for theatre in 1991 at Denison University. Her very first theatrical experience consisted of a workshop where she explored the importance of the wardrobe aspect of theatre and all that it entails as a dresser for Jennifer Garner, a current Hollywood A-Lister. Jennifer played Blanche in "A Streetcar Named Desire", and Kim assisted her with quick changes between scenes. In the very first production where she served in the capacity of actor, she played Lutiebelle Gussiemae Jenkins in "Purlie Victorious". The play did so well at her school, they went on to perform several dates at various locations across the State of Ohio. When Kim moved to Cleveland after earning a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in Theatre, her career began to pick up. After playing the lead in several local productions (with pay, imagine that), she was able to secure a spot with David and Lee, an agency with offices in L.A., New York, and Chicago. She then went on to work in several regional commercials, ranging from Blue Cross/Blue Shield & Check Depot to Driver’s Way. She even done some industrials and public service announcements promoting the importance of good prenatal care. She's worked on numerous independent films, such as "Void", "To Have and To Hold", where she played the female lead, "4 Minutes" and "The Job". Kim has also been featured in many other productions, such as "Three Can Play That Game" with Vivica Fox, "Pride" with Terrance Howard and Kimberly Elise, "Madea’s Family Reunion", "Remember The Titans", "Juwanna Man", "Constellation", and "World Traveler".Her desire is to have consistent lead and principle roles in major motion pictures. She would also like to work on "The Young and The Restless", and a sitcom like "Girlfriends", but she is open to exploring many different genres and/or mediums. Acting is her first love, and she hopes to use it to touch the lives of people around the world and minister to those that are bound and broken in spirit.

Music:

Gospel, Crunk&B, R&B, Pop, Rap...I guess I like it all... even some country, folk, & heavy metal(I used to love Metallica back in the day)

Movies:

Anything with Jennifer Garner. It's encouraging to see someone that I used to have theatre classes with excel and do so well in the industry. I just love the Action Genre in general. I also love family films or anything with a message.

Television:

Gotta promote "House of Payne" even though I didn't get the chance to participate. I don't get to watch a lot of television, but I have seen a few episodes of "Girlfriends" and "Footballer's Wives" that I loved.

Books:

The Bible is the book of all books. I've also read books by Juanita Bynum, Joyce Meyer, T.D. Jakes, Michelle McKinney-Hammond, and anything spiritual pertaining to issues that I'm currently dealing with.

Heroes:

GOD(My Father-smile), Coretta Scott-King
