Narkotic, better known as Blue, was born and raised in McAllen, Tx or The Valley; where she started rapping with a local group at the age of 15. By the time she turned 17 she began to travel to Houston, Tx to collaborate with other artists and other labels and soon joined up with Dope House Records. Because of her roots and of the area where she's from, she developed a unique style of Spanglish which is only natural in the way of speaking for all Valley natives, including Juan Gotti, Big Los, and SPM; other Valley born rappers. Being able to speak fluently in both english and spanish she has incorporated these skills into her songs making her able to write full verses in english, or spanish, or mixed; because of course this hardcore mexicana writes all her own lyrics. Many have been impressed with her hardcore verses and her unique delivery, from fans to other artists, she has often been described as a sexy female version of Juan Gotti or the mexican version of Lil' Kim. She had her first short feature at the age of 16 in Capone's documentary for Latino Jam Records among other documentaries. And she has featured in Juan Gotti's 'Off tha Chompa Mix Vol. 1' , his 'Gangsterton' video, Mando Quintero's 'Street Anthem', among many other underground rappers such as Dum Dum, Bajito Tx, Ese Records, and the list goes on.
Blue has also done some modeling and some acting. I.e.: runway modeling, some photoshoots, had some features in the "Orale Charlie" show in the Rio Grand Valley area, and has a small appearance in D-town's "Getto Tales" DVD.
