Dave Conway has been passionate about DJing for over ten years and he is now a popular face in the UK’s clubland. Conway was involved with opening the multi-million pound ‘Liquid-Envy’ club in Stevenage and was their resident DJ playing four nights a week. In addition, he was involved in the successful launch of ‘Lava & Ignite’ (previously Visage - Ethos) in Hemel Hempstead and is somewhat of a local legend.
Dave Conway has played in some of the biggest, the best and the most luxurious venues; such as the famous Batchwood Hall, Egg, Oceanna, Liquid, Turnmills, Zoobar, Tiger Tiger. Conway’s played in many of London’s top clubs and he has had a long working relationship with Luminar Leisure DJing at various venues in the UK.
Conway first appeared in 2000 on a prime time show as DJ and host on the airwaves of Freeze FM, London’s biggest pirate station. Dave played at some of the most notorious underground events at the time, ranging from Garage Nation, Slammin Vinyl to Future Funk!
Conway spent a summer season overseas working in Zante, Greece in 2002 playing at many clubs and bars (Ocean Inn & G-Spot!) His ability to mix between the many genres within the music industry has proven to be his unique talent.
Dave Conway’s entertainment value has been proven whether he is playing Dance, House, RnB or Party. Dave Conway’s vibrant career and his ability to stay versatile yet original is why he has recently been signed by the highly acclaimed Agency ’Hyper’, now working regularly with Flirt, VodPop & Roughill.
He is currently the resident DJ at Sway (Holborn), Tiger Tiger (Croydon), ZooBar (Leicester Square), Hatfield Uni (Herts) & Digress (Soho). Conway gets every crowd involved, ensuring that they leave totally uplifted and on a high!
2008 has already seen Conway return to the airwaves, where he hosted a show on London's ever popular Passion fm.Looking ahead at the rest of the year, Dave Conway is keen to produce his own tracks & learn about the studio side of music; he would also like to extend his international experience by working overseas more frequently.
