Imagine being taken from your home at a young age and made to fight in a war!!!
Well for 20 years this has been happening in Northern Uganda, children have been abducted, raped and made to fight as child soldiers in a war. The United Nations says that “the worst place to be a child in the entire world is Northern Uganda†because their society is broken, children under 20 know nothing but war and fear. They get attacked in their huts. Huts are being burned, and the people have to run from hut to hut to survive.
Invisible Children are a non-profit Inc, which give compassionate individuals an effective way to respond to the situation. The program addresses the need for quality education, mentorship’s, the redevelopment of schools, resettlement from the camps, and financial stability.
