chest without a heart's debut album, stardust ocean, is now available!
Trent Lee has been playing guitar for 11 years. He is also a self-taught drummer, bassist, keyboardist and singer. After playing in a number of different bands, Trent decided to start his own solo project. He called his project ‘chest without a heart’. chest without a heart is a indie/rock based solo act that draws influences from everything from ‘The Mars Volta’ to ‘Johnny Cash‘. Trent also has a strong tie to the earth, universe and nature. He is determined to make music that is true to him and what he stands for.
For his upcoming live shows and the release of his debut album ‘Stardust Ocean’, Trent has recruited the best musicians around to help him portray his album in the right light. Rob Young, former member of ‘Fatal Theory’ and currently of ‘Mid-Level Content’, is playing guitar and singing backup vocals. Michael Wyatt, former member of ‘Herd Of Turtles’ and ‘Liquid Soulshine’, will be playing bass guitar. Cody Gilbert, former member of ‘Fatal Theory’, will be playing drums. Austin Milam, former member of ‘plans for Lilith’ and currently of ‘C x 3.6666667’, will be playing keyboard and percussion and Trent will be singing and playing guitar.
