working, going to movies, playing the drums for various organizations and groups, listening to music, staying in and watching some color t.v., buying old vhs videos( i do have a dvd player and some dvd's, i'm still a shmuck about jumping on everything that comes out!) , going out with friends or by myself to have a great night out on the town, heading up to chicago to check out the used record shops around the city, especially on the south side(hyde park records, dr. wax) and lincoln park(reckless records, dave's records, dusty groove records, and gramaphone), and even pay 9/10 bucks to view an art house flick at one of the theaters across town. going out to clubs is also great, too. sports is always great. i am a chicago sports fan. i love my cubs and sox, but mt heart will always bleed cubbie blue! the bulls rule, too. youtube.com is a great place to visit if you like old school tv performances and videos. oh, and if having a completely fun time and not giving a care as to what other people perceive of you, then consider this a major interest!
r u good in bed?
good
your good and the person you do it cant complain
people who are interested in meeting other people, and going out and just having a good time! good, honest folks who are open to new things and ideas. in other words, some grown folks who can carry a cool conversation! lol! i hate going out and seeing people act so snotty and univiting! that is just not the adult way to act, y'all! don't be shy, just drop me a line and i will get back at you as soon as i can. i'm not on here all the time like some people, but i love to look at people's profiles to check them out and see where their coming from, too. this world is such a small place, y'all, so don't just limit yourself to just one category/race of people that you like or love to be with! be yourself with everybody, and the rest will always take care of itself.

I LOVE MUSIC. simple as that. if it's got a beat, i'm there with it. i can dig all kinds of music: pop, rock, disco, r and b, soul, funk, early country, jazz, classical, latin, you name it, if it means something, i am all over it. i own over 200 cds, 125 cassettes, and over 1500 albums that run the gamut of my musical tastes. pop? hall and oates, rick springfield, duran duran, phil collins, george michael and wham!, madonna, prince defines how i grew up. rock? beatles, rolling stones, rush, journey, styx, led zepellin always gets it goin'. soul/funk/r&b? hey, i'm 100% black and from off the corner, so i am not going to even go into what i know from the many legends of r&b/soul and funk, i'd be here all damn day. to keep it short, if it was popular on the radios back in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today, i know it. doesn't mean i'm gonna love it , but i know it. music is my way of relaxing and getting away from all of the drama and problems of reality and taking me to another place where such problems don't exist. oh, and let us not forget the many, many, many mixtapes/cds that i made myself from 1983 and on and on and on.......
i'm a huge lover of movies, so i should be thanking roger ebert and the late, great gene siskel for their huge influence on my choice of watching the very best films of all time. don't get me wrong, i like to watch just about all types of movies, it's just that after working 6 years for a movie theater, not every movie that comes out every week should be worth anybody's time. therefore, i'm not a fan of horror/romance/chick flix anymore, they're all the same damn premise. i do love great films that challenge you and make you think. i'm a huge lover of foreign films and directors like kurosawa, fellini, herzog, kubrick, robert altman, martin scorsese, goerge lucas, spielberg, sidney lumet, francis ford coppola, and spike lee. some of my favorite films of all time are 'la dolce vita', '8 1/2', '2001: a space odyssey', 'taxi driver', 'star wars'(1977), 'the godfather( pts. 1 and 2)', 'serpico', 'the player', 'do the right thing', 'boogie nights', 'pulp fiction', 'risky business', 'purple rain', and my favorite movie of all time, "the color purple", which i watched 6 times at the louis joliet mall during the early winter 1986 when i was a 13 year old 8th grader at hufford junior high. ahh, the good, old days.
siskel & ebert(ebert and roeper), espn(sportcenter), mtv(the real world, real world/road rules challenge, pimp my ride, yo momma, etc.), vh1(i love the 70s/80s, vh1 classic -which always has great, classic videos, tv land/me tv, cheaters, and jerry springer/maury povich shows.
some novels that were made into movies, like 'the color purple', 'high fidelity', some biography's, such as sylvester, bernie mac, chris rock, damon wayans, richard pryor, luther vandross, tom joyner, sinbad. i also read various books on music and movies, too.
