JAE MEGA...R.I.P BRAD KLOCK WORK MISSES YOU!!!

Jamil Gray known as Jae Mega wasn't always into music. Born in the city of Compton the young rapper was more interested in baseball and football. When he was 10 years old he moved to Long Beach where he was very successful in baseball and had the talent to have a future in the sport.While at a baseball game his parents promised him they'll be back to see him play, they did not show up.Not knowing what was going on he found out that his Grandmother Betty Jean "Betty Boo" Fisher passed away.Devastated by this horrible experience Jamil stopped playing baseball and spent his spare time playing video games.By the 8th grade Jamil was getting more interested with music and started listening to great rappers like Jay-Z,2 Pac,Nas, and a host of other great hip hop artist.His 1st year in high school he met a young man and future friend by the name of Tony "Blizz" Hayes who was an outstanding MC. Never thinking he could be as good as Tony, Jae Mega never tried to pick up the pen and pad.But one day in his Junior year in high school at 16 years old he heard his friend Tony in a freestyle battle as he ripped his opponent in half and he thought to himself I think I can really do this rap thing. So from that day on he spent all of his spare time writing raps. Joining his current group Klock Work (created by Blizz & another friend Kay Spitts) Jae Mega had already put together a mixtape at 17 years old with the young Rapper Blizz called "Times Up (Jae Mega) V.S Making A Fuckin Statement (Blizz). The two rappers worked together to form a hit mixtape that was fire in the streets of Long Beach. A couple of months later (just before his graduation) Jae Mega had put his first street album out called "Need No Introduction" that his city loved. Going forth with his music career Jae Mega did numerous songs for the streets including "Getcha Cake Up" & "Mega Be The Name" Blizz started to notice the incredible talent the young rapper had. They began doing performances together,meeting and colabing with other artist and continuing to make that hot Klock Work music. Now Jae Mega is one of the most talented rappers in the city of Long Beach supported by his Klock Worc members and his two best friends Deon "Deon Swipes" Adams and Tony "Blackout" Stephens.Working on his new mixtape hitting the streets Jan. 2008 titled "Lyrikal Crakk Pusher Vol. 1" he plans to give the community of L.A. County what they been long waiting for "Real music that people can understand and relate to" says the young rapper. Appreciative of where he came from Jae Mega is willing to struggle the tugs of the rope to get his family out the hood and a better life for himself. Jae Mega believes that outside of Gods Blessings, where he grew up has a lot to do with where he wants to be in life.
