Warning: knowing this girl may be hazzardous to your health.

About Me

I'm completely boring or insanely cool, it's always up for debate. You'll either love or hate me... both passionately I hope. I'm from Hampton VA and used to waitress at their Lonestar in the summertime. Just finished up my undergrad, English, at Longwood University, and I just moved from Farmville VA to Morgantown WV - lets go Mountaineers!!
I like fun. I invent holidays. I'm anything but typical. Don't eat meat. I'm addicted to my camera. I drive (what's left of) a 2001 black Honda Accord. I hate stupid people... like can't get over a 2.0 girls... why does anyone pay for a higher education if they just want to do a bunch of drugs and drink their college years away? And while we're on the topic of what I don't like... I think nothing hurts me more than dishonesty. BUT: I'm a thrift store junky. I like antique anything. I love being outdoors... hiking, camping, kayaking. Let me know if you want to go climb a mountain in the middle of the night, it wouldn't be my first. I'm a big concert person, live music is my weak spot. People who write their own music earn automatic cool points. I like people who are passionate about something. I'm attracted to confident people and I like my friends to be able to entertain themselves. People constantly complaining get old real fast. Sometimes I just don't answer my phone, I'm probably right there when you're leaving me a voicemail. People tend to cheat on me so I have a hard time trusting others... if I seem flakey or busy, it might just be me defending myself. I believe in soulmates. Anything less would be faking it. I'm addicted to lying in bed, and cuddling when possible. I do my best writing while other people are talking to me. I'm a broken super hero... the theory behind this is a good one ;) I like cereal, I love fruit - I am trying to teach myself how to cook. The best day ever would be outside, sunny, and just talking, writing or playing music with someone cool. I love to travel, my dream job would send me all over the world, working with people, probably for a non-profit company. I like to be barefoot. I usually wish I was somewhere else. I carry an EpiPen, inject me if I'm dying please. Fruit snacks are the best invention ever. I'm in debt. I like to create, and when I'm bored I end up painting/writing/cooking/dabbling with photography/fixing up old furniture.
I wear leggings. I think music is underappreciated by the masses. I want to save the world. I think I might be boring day to day. I might want to get married someday; I used to believe I didn't, but realized this could be debated. My dog wears a diaper. My hair is unhealthy and doesn't grow fast enough. I value honesty. I value passion. I value spontaneity, I value spell check. I am on a seesaw of talent, and every other try I get it right. I teach English at WVU. I think long distance can be worth it. I value vintage, but I'm not into material gifts; I like things to be more meaningful then flashy. I like surprises. I love letters. I really love love letters. I give things intrinsic value when people think I am probably over doing it. Level me. I want to be published someday. I think Elton John, The Beatles, Josh Groban and Imogen Heap are timeless. I think timeless is good. I cry at movies, tv shows, maybe even an infomercial or two. I am happy. I dig holidays spent with family. I think I'm going to be all right.

Don’t watch horror movies at 3 am when you live alone

My refrigerator sounds like a creature nibbling on food or cords or something.  Apparently it's just the water, harmlessly dripping, somewhere inside the plastic.  Ten weeks till I'm in VA...

Billy Corgan is worth ripping off... but only if I don't find out.

Does Anatasias "Journey to the Past" not sound like Smashing Pumpkins "Thirty-Three?" This haunts me. Billy even croons "Journeyed here and there and back again..." I mean, wow animated movie maker...
